Campaign

Welcome Home

Be Part of Something Remarkable.

At Daniel’s Place, we know that respite care isn’t just about a break—it’s about restoring energy, providing peace of mind, and strengthening families. That’s why we’re launching the Welcome Home Campaign, a transformative initiative to build a dedicated Daniel’s Place house in North Manchester!

Located on West 7th Street, across from Warvel Park, our new home will nearly double our current space, allowing us to expand programming and introduce overnight stay. This is a game-changer for families who need time to rest, recharge, or even take a much-needed vacation without worrying about their loved one’s care.

Imagine a space designed with warmth, comfort, and accessibility in mind. A place where individuals of all ages with special needs can feel safe, supported, and truly at home while their caregivers take a well-deserved break. Whether it’s for an afternoon, an overnight stay, or an extended stay for up to two weeks, Daniel’s Place will be there, because every family deserves peace of mind.

Our Growing Need

Daniel's Place has been providing care for almost 6 years serving roughly 25 unique clients, but we've run out of space and lack the ability to provide overnight care.

Your Support Creates an Impact

Your support is crucial in building the new Daniel’s Place home. We aim to construct a high-quality building that meets accessibility standards and caters to the unique needs of our diverse clientele. Your contributions will also help us provide specialized amenities and technology, as well as establish sustainable operational practices. This includes continuing to hire qualified professionals and providing ongoing training to ensure the highest standard of care. By investing in our capital campaign, donors play a direct role in improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and offering essential respite for their caregivers. Together, we can create a supportive community resource that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being for all.
